Hi Chris,
Sorry I didn't make it here sooner, as you know we're doing what we can to make the experience translate into cyberspace for everyone who can't be there.
Gosh I understand exactly how you feel. I so miss my friends in OZ and can't quite get the stars aligned so that I can come down to see them.
So many of the people I know here speak so highly of you. I'm convinced it's our loss that you won't be in Chicago.

Okay Chris, all in good fun here, but I'm ready to rise to this unspoken challenge here - the book I'm set to review tomorrow (well, in 7 hours for you :-) is not on your list! I love it, so let's see if I can entice you to read it after my review, book addict that you are.
Deliberately teasing, knowing the good sport that you are!

Hello Chris,
We are truly off to a great start with the Duct tape review. I'm glad you are looking forward to Buckingham's new Strength book. I hope it lives up - considering it does ship until next week.
There are a lot of good books to choose from at JJL. The Zen of Groups sounds like it is right up my alley.

Ooooh! Nice to have you call by Carolyn.
I reckon that one of the best things about blogging is that you don't have to be shamed by your messy kitchen when someone "drops by"!!
Thanks for the date stuff I'll pop in and change that in a minute.
Thanks especially for liking what you see on my site because I love the soothing look and feel of yours.
Hopefully we'll "see each other again" soon!

Pretty cool site you have here, Chris. You're new to my horizon, too, but that can change.
For the record, the original Think & Grow Rich was written by Napoleon Hill in 1937. Since then, it's been revised and the most popular is the 1966 version. Until now. The latest edition came out in October, 2004. Ross Cornwell, the editor of this version calls it "The original version, restored and revised".
Ok, then. Now, I also must read "Wherever You Go, There You Are".

Thanks for stopping by Steve!
What with music bug and the book worm we appear to have the same parasites afflicting us!!
I too am really curious to see what others say about books I've read but in this list they're mainly new and fresh so it's like someone's seducing me into a whole new world!!!

Chris, as one with a similar affliction (sometimes called addicted to books, sometimes called bookworm), I envy your ability to pick from amongst the choices these few! I'll admit to having read a couple already but I am still curious to see what they have to say compared to what I already said.
Sharing and learning together is such fun!
